  • We ship across India to all major cities and locations.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, festive periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days, if available.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and courier service.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are applicable and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount (if applicable).
  • Express shipping charges will be calculated based on location and urgency.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.
  • Customers can track their orders through the courier provider’s website.

6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders

  • If an order is delayed beyond the estimated time, customers can contact us at info@baancouture.com.
  • BAAN COUTURE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If a package is damaged upon arrival, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service for resolution.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only before shipment. Once shipped, no modifications or cancellations are allowed.
